Latest Updates from Our Project:
Processing & Backerkit
– Thu, Aug 11, 2016 at 01:06:10 PM
Greetings backers,
Kickstarter has finished the processing of taking payments, and is now processing the payment to us. (This usually takes a further 7-10 days roughly to complete). While this processing continues I am now importing your details into backer-kit ready to launch that once the kickstarter processing is 100% completed.
Error'd Backers
In the end 15 backers payments failed, all of them will be notified of this by Kickstarter and will when we launch backer-kit get a second chance to pledge via that. Doing so will grant them rewards but will not give them access to the kickstarter only updates.
So a second chance to be part of the campaign. In addition anyone who was late to the party will have a chance to join via the Backerkit Pre-order options, but there will be a lot less options available to non-kickstarter supporters and it will only be available for a short time.
How Backerkit Works
In about 1-2 weeks time, we should have completed the setup of Backerkit, including the importation of all backers and pledges into it. Once that is done we will launch backer-kit and every backer will receive an email with details on how to login to Backerkit in order to fill in a Backerkit Survey and gain access to your rewards. It is a fairly painless process, that we have found generally makes reward delivery much easier.
In addition to the simple survey backers will have the option to upgrade to a higher level, if they wish, or to include stand-alone add-on rewards. These can then be paid for via Backer-kits own secure payment processor.
Schedule
So our aim will be to release the backer-kit surveys and upgrade options in about two weeks time. We will then keep upgrades for physical reward levels up as long as we can, until the items need to go into production (at least two months). After which only digital upgrades and add-ons will be available.
P.s. to receive your rewards such as steam beta codes and such, you will need to complete your survey otherwise you will be unable to access them when sent out.
Thank you. More details will be available when we launch it.
Almost 24 Hours to Go
– Wed, Aug 03, 2016 at 11:46:36 AM
Greetings backers,
We are now close to the final 24 hours of the campaign and we are continuing to grow at pace, drawing ever closer to the £20,000 goal which will ensure both Echo Tokyo: Phoenix and Echo Tokyo: Reaper have animated looping scenes within them.
So in case we achieve that goal before the campaigns end, we are giving one last chance for all of our backers to make suggestions for the final set of stretch goals to add either bonus digital rewards or physical items to the existing levels or something cool to each of the games individually. We have an idea or two of our own, BUT if you can come up with something better we will run with it.
Thanks for the continued support.
N.b. Post stretch goal ideas in the comments below.
Second Figurine for Boxset!
– Wed, Aug 03, 2016 at 11:44:27 AM
Greetings Backers,
With about 60 minutes left of the campaign we have now achieved the two goals that will give us a Jpop style song with singing for both Reaper and Phoenix. These will be commissioned immediately so that we can showcase them soon.
Our next goal at £22,000 will add a new character female dakimakuira, digital image to the £40+ reward levels and physical edition to the £250 boxset.
NEW FIGURINES
In addition I have contacted the original figurine company and can confirm we will be creating at least one more figurine that will be included in the ultimate Boxset...
The Shizume 10" figurine
Illustrations for the new figurine are already in production and will be based off of the character sprite art we have already. Once all the options are finished our backers of the ultimate boxset will get to vote on which illustration will be made into the second figurine.
Early design of Keiji Light Figurine
One thing we can say is this, the ultimate boxset will now include two figurines. One of Shizume and one of another character, both of which will be 10" tall and fully painted.

With just six hours left of the campaign we have achieved our £20,000 stretch goal, and are now ready to announce our final stretch goals for the campaigns end.
1) £20,500 - A new Jpop style theme song for Echo Tokyo: Phoenix.
2) £21,000 - A new Jpop style theme song for Echo Tokyo: Reaper.
3) £22,000 - A new character for the games + Dakimakura design. - Digital daki will be available to £40+ reward levels. - Another Physical daki will be included in the Ultimate Boxset.
So there we have it, the remaining goals of the campaign, giving our backers one last chance to upgrade and ensure they can get some of these epic rewards.
Thank you all for the support as we count down in these final moments.
Animated Scenes!
– Tue, Aug 02, 2016 at 02:06:57 AM
Greetings backers,
As we head towards the final stretch of the campaign, I am happy to announce we have now achieved another stretch goal, this time adding animated scenes to the Echo Tokyo: Phoenix game.
Some animated sections will be action scenes others will be the more adult scenes of the game. In each case the animations will be based off the original CG scenes we will have created and thus should suit the final game well.
Our next stretch goal is at the £20,000 level, which if achieved will add similar animated sequences to the Echo Tokyo: Reaper title as well.
Thank you all for the support as we continue towards the end of the campaign.
